HOW WE SOURCE PRODUCTS

Verified channels only. We retain invoices and receipts for every acquisition.

• Bulk purchases from vetted wholesale partners
• Documented consignments and buybacks (with seller ID and agreement)
• Purchases from verified secondary market partners (with invoices)

AUTHENTICATION PROCESS

1. Intake & documentation: record supplier details, invoice number, acquisition date.
2. Physical inspection: stitching, materials, logos, glue lines, insoles, serial/size tags, box labels, packaging.
3. Auxiliary verification: cross-check brand references, release data, known counterfeit markers; consult partner authenticators if needed.
4. Photographic evidence: standardized set of high-resolution photos attached to the product record.
5. Final listing check: confirm condition, included accessories, and provenance notes on the product page.

EVIDENCE WE KEEP

For every product we retain one or more of the following:

• Supplier invoice or purchase receipt
• Consignment agreement and/or seller identification
• High-resolution photographs (multiple angles, box label, size tag)
• Internal authentication checklist with staff sign-offs

IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS

If you believe an item is not genuine, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will open an internal investigation (typically 3–7 business days). If authenticity cannot be confirmed, we will refund and cover return shipping.

RETURNS & BUYER PROTECTION

Full refund for confirmed counterfeit. Free return shipping on authenticity claims. If authentication is inconclusive, we offer mediated solutions (partial refund or exchange).

PLATFORM COMPLIANCE

We maintain a documented authentication program and provide evidence (invoices, photos, sign-off logs) to platform reviewers upon request. We comply with advertising policies regarding the sale of branded goods.

LICENSE & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

We are a licensed secondhand dealer in Japan operating under the Secondhand Goods Business Act.
